The PAC does collect “personal information,” which includes name, postal address, email address, and phone number, and/or transaction information, from individuals who request information about our products and services, participate in a promotion or online survey, contact the PAC with a question or suggestion, and make a purchase or contribution.
When you provide your postal address to the PAC, you may periodically receive copies of our McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center season brochures and other event and program information. If you do not wish to receive personalized mailings from the PAC, please contact us at the phone number or mailing address listed at the end of this document, and we will remove your name from our mailing list.
When you provide your email address to the PAC, you may periodically receive PAC announcements, e-newsletters, contest opportunities, special offers, etc. If you do not wish to receive such emails from the PAC, you may request to be removed from our e-communications mailing list by contacting us at the phone number or mailing address that is provided, and we will remove your email address from your patron account.
When you provide your phone number to the PAC, you may periodically be contacted by us with questions about your account, information about changes to upcoming performances, special ticket offers, etc.
When you provide financial information to the PAC, your financial information (credit/debit card information) will only be used (and historically only has been used) for processing orders. Your order information will be stored on our secure servers, but this information is never shared with third parties. [NOTE: The Wisconsin Public Records Act was amended effective January 1, 2006 to forbid release by the PAC and other organizations covered by that Act of any credit card, debit card or checking account numbers that come into its possession (Wisconsin Statute Section 19.36(13)).]
