Auditions for Children’s Theatre Production of Cinderella on Monday June 20th

McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center in Wautoma will be presenting an opportunity for area youth ages 7-18 to participate in the Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre original musical production of Cinderella”, with script and original music by Daniel Nordquist and Deborah Nelson Pick. Auditions and rehearsals will be held the week of June 20th through June 25th, with performances on June 24th at 7:00 pm and June 25th at 2:00 pm.

Registration and auditions will be held Monday, June 20th, at 12:30 pm at the McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center. Up to 77 local young people are needed to play the roles of Cinderella, the Stepsisters, the Pumpkins, the Macho Mice, the Cools Cat and Chicks, Dinah the Cat, Mikey and his band “The Mistakes,” King Cash the Promoter and his Assistants.

Two professional actor/directors from Prairie Fire will direct the production and play the roles of the Stepmother and the Father. 

There are no fees for youth to be involved in the productionThe show is sponsored by Dawn & Dave Peterson and The Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin. Tickets for Cinderella are availableat the McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center located at 514 S. Cambridge St., Wautoma.  The box office will be open Wednesday through Friday, 10:00 am until 2:00 pm the week of the show and from 5:00 pm until show time on the 24th, and at noon until show time on the 25th of June.  Meanwhile, simply call the box office at any time and leave a message, volunteers will respond to meet your requests.
