What will you be doing now that “March Madness” has finished? It istime to pull yourself away from the television and enjoy great live entertainment at your McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center as internationally renowned pianist Alpin Hong returns to our stage on April 16th, followed by Steve Lippia and his Big Band performing “Simply Sinatra” on May 7th.
Back by popular demand, whirlwind American tours and performances across the globe have earned pianist Alpin Hong the reputation as a modern day Pied Piper. From Carnegie Hall to the White House, his combination of stunning technique, emotional range, and rare humor continues to bring audiences young and old to their feet. Mr. Hong is a creative force unmatched in his vitality and charisma. Enjoy a Silvercryst dinner package available through the box office before the performance. Alpin will also be conducting two educational outreach sessions for over 300 area music students the day before his public concert.
Later this month over 800 elementary students from seven area school districts will be at your PAC to enjoy a special musical production of “The Lightning Thief” presented by Theatreworks USA.
We have finished booking your 2016-17 Season. Watch this column in upcoming weeks for hints about the terrific shows that will be coming to your Pac. Hint #1: Our opening show in September will feature a “Classic Road Show”, followed by a country legend in October. Our entire 2016-17 Schedule will be announced on stage prior to Alpin Hong’s performance on April 16th.
Finally, we encourage you to welcome our incoming Executive Director, Josiah Tropp to our community. Josiah is a graduate of UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre Management. He has worked in various roles in the UW Whitewater Drama and Young Auditorium Cultural Affairs departments, as well as being a technician and social media specialist at the Edgerton Performing Arts Center.

Discount Package Tickets, tickets for individual shows, and dinner packages are available at the McComb/Bruchs Performing Arts Center located at 514 S. Cambridge St., Wautoma. The box office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am until 2:00 pm two weeks prior to each show.
